I started this journey at 217lbs. I ruptured my patella tendon in my right knee, carrying that extra weight. I’ve lost weight, then gained some of it back. Losing weight can be a roller coaster ride. One thing that I also learned is that you cannot outrun a bad diet. In 2018 I started to put all the pieces of the puzzle together. I started teaching our members to follow the simple principles of matching easy basic eating principles with easy run/walking just 3 days a week. That’s when things really started to make a difference for members. Helping members of all ages and body types. Helping mothers get back to pre-baby weight. Planting the seeds of belief that anyone can accomplish their goals with the right motivation and support.
I want to help you become the healthiest version of yourself, by bringing things back to basics without spending a massive amount of time or money.
