Maria Ramundo joins the show as a licensed psychologist, she has a passion for helping people overcome challenges.

Maria believes that it is important to find motivation daily to achieve small and big goals.

Maria understands that you may not always feel unstoppable but with daily habits we have more unstoppable days.

Maria had knee surgeries as a teenager taking her out of running for decades. Today she shows gratitude for being able to run after decades of believing that she could not. Taking up running at 46 years old and working towards the 7 major marathons around the world.
