Melissa Southrey in 2022 accomplished so much without burnout. Melissa joined our program in 2021 to run her first 5k before she turned 60. What she didn’t expect, was that she would be inspired to run a 5k, 4-miler, 8k, 5-miler & half marathon all in 2022.
