Tips on how to stop making excuses:

  • Take responsibility

  • Shift your perspective

  • Uncover your limiting beliefs

  • Change your story

  • Find the lesson

  • Stop overthinking

  • Define your vision

  • Set Goals

  • Make a plan to hit the goal

  • Don’t let anything stop you (Have a backup plan to the plan)

  • Thomas and Katherine Aikens run their first half marathon after losing 400 lbs combined as a couple.

  • Bob Naumchik joins RTTBY at age 68 to learn the run, walk, run, and train for a 5k. Bob is living without excuses.
